At the 2020 Winter Fancy Food Show, I spent some time in their Incubator Village with up-and-coming businesses, discussing their goals and their interesting new products. Next to a woman selling granola made with cricket flour (yep, I tried it), was a company with excellent branding. Which , truth be told, typically isn't what you see out of new brands. So, clearly I stopped and chatted with them for a while. As it turns out, the product is seasoned protein mixes, perfect for vegans (or vegan-friendly folks like myself) to make their own burgers, meatballs, etc., I was immediately intrigued.
