Cocktail: Bay of Figs
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
- 2 oz aged rum
- ½ oz lime juice
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 3 oz club soda
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients except club soda to a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with club soda and stir
