Cinnamon Pancake & Waffle Mix

One of my Top 5 meals is chicken and waffles, so every time I come across an interesting pancake or waffle mix, I stop and pay attention. While those haven't traditionally been big sellers for me, I couldn't stop myself from getting these two mixes from the small village of Cashton, Wisconsin (pop: 1,102). A family-run operation, they use high-end ingredients to create (very) tasty mixes. 

The Great American Pancake Company's best-seller uses real cinnamon chips and cinnamon batter to create a mix that everyone will love! The pancakes taste and smell like a warm cinnamon roll, and who doesn't like a warm cinnamon roll? If they don't, don't trust them. 

INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Buttermilk, Non-fat Dry Milk, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Corn Starch, Cinnamon Chips.
