After looking at this company a couple of times, I decided to bite the proverbial bullet. Not only do I like the product line, I also love their company's focus on sustainability. They are a 100% solar powered manufacturing facility, while partnering with organizations and efforts around regenerative agriculture, land conservation and food security. Launched in 2016 in Boulder, Colorado, Soraya looked around grocery stores for a convenient, nutritious, plant-based meal and came up empty handed. So, she decided to create her own. Each bowl is made from scratch in Soraya’s kitchen using only the finest ingredients. Every bowl is packed with beans, rice, hemp, quinoa, and spices sourced from around the world. The ingredients are freeze dried to rehydrate with hot water, or in the microwave, in a matter of minutes. Chef Soraya’s mission is to provide nutritious, plant-based meals for people on-the-move while supporting farmers and regenerative farming practices for a brighter, more sustainable future. The bowls are a macronutrient dense dish for those on-the-go, at your desk, or just craving a hearty meal.
