
Nothing fancy here: super-fresh peaches, picked while ripe on a Thursday, turned into jam on Friday, and in my warehouse by Monday. I get them every year. Lisbeth, the wife of my rolling pin guy, makes the jam. All organic; as farm-to-table as it gets. I don't add expenses by ordering labels, etc. It's my Farmer's Market series. There will probably be more items coming during the summer. In the meantime, get them while you can. I always sell out quickly.
* note - this year's jam is more yellow; less peach in color. It's still delicious
