THE RILEY/LAND COLLECTION
I started seeing ads from Fly By Jing on Facebook months ago and loved their fun, effervescent branding. And we all know how Facebook ads work: once I clicked on it, I saw it literally every time I scrolled. So, I bit the bullet, ordered their original Sichuan Chili Crisp (Seriously, that stuff is amazing), and it sold out quickly. They were just releasing two new products, so I went ahead and got them too. This is one of them.
Your food deserves the best. Slow-brewed with fragrant chili oil, aromatic "fu zhi" soy sauce, brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and a host of other spices, our zhong sauce fits the bill. It’s sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami-rich all at once — so intensely delicious, it’s hard not to put it on everything. Pair it with: dumplings or noodles, flatbreads, drizzle on grilled fish, and toss with roasted vegetables.
Words from the owner: "I founded Fly By Jing in 2018, inspired by the amazing flavors of my hometown Chengdu and its famous fly restaurants— soulful hole-in-the-wall eateries so good they attract diners like flies. Fly By Jing doesn't conform to anyone else's notions of value, taste, tradition. It is one person's recipes, one person's vision, and one person's story. With these products, I'm telling you mine."
