Weeks after opening RLC, I received samples from NY Shuk, also a brand-new company based in NYC (Brooklyn). A decade later, I have carried all of their products at different times. And from that partnership, the day these new BBQ sauces came out, I placed my order. NY Shuk has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bon Appétit, Goop, The New York Times, and Food & Wine.
