Made with konjac shirataki noodles, jackfruit, tomato, tomato paste, onion, coconut oil, coconut sugar, water, garlic, sweet basil leaves, salt, white pepper. It's pretty damn good. As I have been struggling with my weight, my trainer told me to find a pasta alternative - because I love pasta. I tried spaghetti squash (it was like eating corn silks). I tried zucchini (it was okay, but not something I really could get behind). I tried all of the gluten-free pastas, but they still have carbs. And then I tried Miracle Noodle and it worked. It tastes enough like real pasta that I don't really even notice. That's my testimonial. 

In 2006, Jonathan Carp, MD was visiting a friend in Japan when she took him to a Buddhist-run vegetarian restaurant on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Kyoto. He was introduced to konnyaku in different shapes and in noodles called shirataki.
