Chef Neil Fusco grew up the oldest of five on a small farm in southern Italy. He and his siblings worked in his mother's garden, tending to the tomatoes, learning to appreciate the vegetables. His family eventually emigrated to New York City, where he studied culinary arts and eventually opened a restaurant. From there, he went on to open Cucuina Antica, making small batch cooking sauces made with imported Italian San Marzano tomatoes and made with no added sugar, no preservatives, and no paste.
These sauces are Whole30 approved, with no added sugar, preservatives or GMOs.
