Cajeta is a traditional Mexican caramel spread made out of goats' milk. It's outrageously creamy, deliciously sweet, and has the mouth feel of eating silk. This version is made in Mexico, inspired by a 90-year-old recipe, made out of simple ingredients. Josefa is a women-owned company, owned by a fourth-generation cajeta maker.
This version is infused with Mexican vanilla, giving it an even richer taste.
