Yuzu Salted Butter Caramel

Rénate Le Berre, the self-taught owner and founder of Rozell et Spanell, makes a damn good authentic French caramel. Using copious amounts of butter and fine sea salt, she makes small batch jars of heaven in the heart of the Emerald Coast, near Saint-Malo. I had free shipping from France, so I was perusing some options when I came across these caramels. And the flavor profiles - flambéed banana! yuzu! framboise! - spoke to my heart.
