Let's take a long walk. Around the park, after dark. So goes the lyrics to three-time Grammy winner Jill Scott's song off her first album, Who is Jill Scott? (Words and Sounds Vol. 1) - released summer of 2000. But, it is an eternal love song for me and this is how my mind works: the cypress in this candle made me think of the woods, but the sweetness of the lychee made me think of love. And this is the February candle. February has Valentine's day. Valentine's day is about love. A Long Walk is a love song. In the park. Where there are woods. Does this very natural line of thinking make sense to anyone who isn't me? I don't know. But it makes perfect sense to me. The candle had to be named A Long Walk. And, it was.
