I have searched for the perfect hot chocolate for years, sourcing some very good ones, but not quite what I wanted. Then, last year, I saw that San Francisco-based Dandelion Chocolate won a Good Food Award for their single-origin hot chocolate. I immediately reached out and bought samples. That's a big deal because companies usually just send them. I didn't want to wait, so I ordered my own. And I was not disappointed. Dandelion's classic Hot Chocolate is rich, subtly sweet, and deeply chocolatey. Inside each bottle - custom made in Japan - includes the hot chocolate mix made from the 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador single-origin chocolate.

The HOJICHA HOT CHOCOLATE MIX is a beautifully-blended Japanese green tea with their classically fudgy 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate. This is a new product that was developed in their cafe in Tokyo and has just this year come out as a retail offering.

Our vanilla bean marshmallows melt beautifully. The vanilla bean adds a depth of flavor that offsets the hot chocolate nicely. And, the leftovers make for an amazing s'mores!
