French Tasting Spoon | Double-Ended Wooden Spoon

The French Tasting Spoon is designed so chefs can sample soups or sauces without the double dip. With a spoon on each end and a reservoir running down the middle, you can taste your creation without contaminating the pot. As the sauce runs through the center reservoir, it also has a chance to cool slightly before the next taste.
