These boards will become your go-to in the kitchen. With sizes ranging from small to extra large, there's something for everyone. Personally, I'd get a couple of sizes so you have everything you need. Made with a blend of white oak, maple, black walnut and cherry. 

For the people worried about actually using a wooden board - cut chicken on it; it's fine. With a wooden board - despite what the ads for glass or stainless boards might tell you - any bacteria left on the board after washing soaks into the wood - and dies. It's got nowhere to go and just...dies. So, use your wooden boards. Wash them by hand. Don't soak. Don't feel like you need to pour bleach on them. Just use them and don't worry. I have for years and I'm sill alive. Because that's how it works.
