INGREDIENTS

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz Aperol
• bar spoon Honey Simple Syrup

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
3. Strain into a chilled coupe
