Eat Your Vegetables! Recipes
8 oz Cream Cheese (regular or light), softened
½ cup Mayonnaise
4 Tbs. EAT YOUR VEGETABLES!
Combine all ingredients. Place in an appropriate container and cover. Refrigerate for at least three hours. (It gets even better over time). Serve on bagels, pita bread, crackers, or melba rounds.
Vegetable Dip
¾ Cup Mayonnaise
¾ Cup Sour Cream
4 Tbs. EAT YOUR VEGETABLES!
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least three hours. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, etc.
