Returns

Each piece in The Riley/Land Collection is selected or made with care, and we hope it finds a long life in your home.

If a return is necessary, most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are covered only in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. In most cases, refunds are processed within four weeks of the return being shipped. This timeframe includes transit back to us, processing upon receipt, and bank processing time.

Shipping

We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Please note that some items may have shipping restrictions.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are based on item availability and the shipping method selected. While we do our best to meet these estimates, delivery times may vary by carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight. Item weights are listed on individual product pages and are rounded up to the nearest pound in accordance with carrier policies.
