When I worked for Williams-Sonoma, as soon as the temperature dropped, we moved into apple cider season, sampling mulled cider every single day. It wasn't my thing, but everyone else clearly loved it.

I have been looking for a good apple cider for a couple of years and finally found it in this bottle from Concrete, Washington. Made using 100% organic honeycrisp apples, with no added sugar, no preservatives, and no fillers. It's cold pressed and then pasteurized. Great for drinking right out of the bottle or mixing into a cocktail. Sauk is a WSDA organic certified and family owned and operated farm. Grown, picked, and processed in Skagit County, WA.

Our mulling spices blend the finest dried cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and orange zest. They are slowly dried to retain maximum amounts of flavor. Add these to apple cider or red wine to make spiced cider or hot mulled wine. Better still, add them to your favorite vodka, rum, or moonshine to make some flavored spirits that will delight you and your guests throughout the holidays.
