The medium board is perfect for nearly everything. It's lightweight and easy to use. Made of Black Walnut, Maple and Cherry. Sometimes we include White Oak or Hackberry. No two are the same. And, it has a small hole, perfect for grabbing from the cabinet or hanging some place convenient. 16"x9"x0.75"

The Riley/Land Collection is known for our wooden kitchenware. The roots of these pieces share history with the roots of my family - on our farm in rural Tennessee. The vast majority of the wood comes from one of our parcels of land. We believe in being as zero waste as possible, so we have developed ways to utilize nearly every cut of wood, even down to ensuring that the shavings find a new home in Raku firing or gardening mulch/compost.

The pieces we craft are made to last a lifetime, durable enough to use rather than to just sit on a shelf looking pretty. The grain, tone, and character of the wood are part of the design. Each piece is - quite naturally - one-of-a-kind.
