Even though I’m decidedly a night owl, I still grew up on a farm and my people get up early. I’m also very much a morning person. And mornings in the country are particularly beautiful. That was my inspiration for the May candle, RLC’s 49th.
We blended bergamot, orange, mahogany, smoke, white santal, apple, lemon peel, amber, musk, violet and jasmine to create that first-thing-in-the-morning vibe.
Boilerplate: every month I create a new proprietary scent and we make a limited number of units. They’re all made with vegan soy, hand-poured, using double wicks. They burn beautifully for about 60 hours.
