RLC No. 73 | Sweet Morning Dew

"Like sweet morning dew, I took one look at you and it was plain to see you were my destiny."

April showers and all... When we created this scent, it immediately made me think of the morning dew... which, in turn, immediately took me to the Tammy Terrell/Marvin Gaye classic (written by the one and only songwriting duo Ashford & Simpson) "You're All I Need to Get By." I learned of the original after hearing the Method Man/Mary J. Blige single "I'll Be There For You/You're All I Need to Get By." which is one of my all-time favorite songs. 

What does all of that have to do with this candle? Not a lot other than the explanation of where I get my inspiration for candle-naming. This one is filled with fresh scents - tangerine, cedar, sage, and orange blossom. It smells like morningtime, with a sweet, relaxing scent. 

Boilerplate: every month I create a new proprietary scent and we make a limited number of units. They’re all made with vegan soy, hand-poured, using double wicks. They burn beautifully for about 60 hours.
